i might be obsessing over dior’s summer 2012 looks too much, but this whole natural glow and nude look thing really got me! i used to use way too much mascara, way too much eyeshadow. i recently started using a lot less make-up and going for a natural, sun kissed look. and let me tell you one thing: dior’s hydra life bb cream is THE product if you wanna go for a look like that. seriously: i have never found a product that meets my needs as much as this one does. the other product that i’ve been obsessing over (and using it waaaay too often) is the new dior addict lipstick. i have pretty plump lips, so i am not a big fan of sticky lip gloss. the lipstick has a great texture and i would have never ever thought that an orange colored lipstick would look as smooth and natural on my lips as this one does. 
my daily make-up routine has now become perfect: a serum first, the hydra life bb cream on top, a little blush, a hint of mascara and an essence of color on my lips. so easy and so natural!

my second glossybox has arrived while i was gone for istanbul. i always love opening them, because it really is like getting a present! they’re so nicely wrapped and the colors are always picture perfect. the products this time weren’t as great as last time, which is probably because i can’t use any volume-adding hair products (i already have too much volume going on) and i also don’t use hair spray. my favorite is definitely the issey miyake pocket perfume! all of these goodies were in my box:

DIOR: FEELING LIKE A PRINCESS

what makes a girl feel like a princess? a package full with dior make-up! a few days ago my heart melted, when i got this wonderful… wait… AMAZING package my dior make-up. i was already a fan of their brand new launched website Backstage Dior and getting my hands on these goodies definitely made a dream come true. here’s a little list of what’s decorating my bathroom shelves now:

my favorite is definitely the make-up, even though it’s a little darker than the compact powder that i’ve been using for years, the liquid make-up is perfect for the summer. plaza, the vernis color, is the coolest i’ve seen in a long time. i have never tried dior nail polish before and i am really satisfied. the blush shocked me at first because it seemed to bright, which normally doesn’t work with my tan skin, but it somehow adapts to your skin tone and gives such a fresh impression. anyway, i could go on and on, about how much i’m in love with these goodies. the boyfriend also got lucky, he kept the acqua di parma perfume, which makes him smell like summer, the ocean and romantic dates on a sailing boat…
