ich bin zwar echt kein lockenprofi aber inzwischen kenne ich die ein oder andere gute methode um locken ganz einfach zu zaubern! im heutigen video seht ihr wie’s am einfachsten mit einem lockenstab oder glätteisen funktioniert. die schönsten locken unter den bloggern haben übrigens annika und sonja – neid!!

BACK TO BRUNETTE

nach meine geldbörse und sonnenbrille neue besitzer gefunden haben, war für mich der zeitpunkt für eine erfrischende ablenkung genau richtig. abgesehen davon, dass ich mir schon länger eine haarveränderung gewünscht habe (aber nicht richtig wusste was ich genau will), waren meine haare nach meinem indien urlaub doch etwas strapaziert. genau ein jahr nach meinem diy ombre versuch (dass es genau derselbe tag war ist reiner zufall!) habe ich meine haare wieder in den brunetten urzustand befördert und liebe das ergebnis. auf den fotos sehen die spitzen noch recht hell aus, in echt sind die haare aber ingesamt sehr dunkelbraun und sehen wieder viel geplegter aus. zur technik: ich habe mich nach einer gefühlten ewigkeit vor dem colorations regal im DM für schwarzkopf million color in 6-0 (brillantes braun) entschieden, einfach weil die farbe am kühlsten (ich wollte partout keinen rotstich) und neutralstem aussah. aufgetragen habe ich die farbe zuerst an den spitzen, mich dann richtung ansatz hochgearbeitet und 45 minuten einwirken lassen. auf instagram gab’s eine kleine diskussion zum thema haare zu hause färben, die mich durchaus schmunzeln hat lassen. das thema scheint sehr haarig zu sein!
after my wallet and sunglasses were stolen, i was in despite need for a refreshing change. exactly one year after my diy ombre (can’t believe it was the exact same day by coincidence!) i un-ombred myself back to brunette. the ends still seem a little blonde in these photos but in reality (or at least in my mirror!) they aren’t light anymore. despite the little discussion that started on instagram i really love the new color and it feels so much more “me”! ps: i used this color to dye my hair!

THE HAIR ISSUE

i am pretty much totally exaggerating concerning this hair issue. yesterday i asked you on my instagram and facebook what you prefer: long or short hair. i really like my short hair as it is really convenient to wear open and style. on the other hand i really miss putting up my hair in a bun or having messy, long beach hair.


apart from the ombre look, this is how my hair has been looking for a while now, after i cut it (myself!) earlier last year:

the bf really likes my long hair, just from seeing it on photos. also i kind of miss that simple, sleek look. i think i have made my decision: back to long. maybe not as long and still a fresh, middle length, but definitely not as short again.

Ieri ho chiesto su instagram e facebook  se preferite i capelli corti o lunghi. ho deciso di far crescere i capelli di nuovo, forse non molto lungo, ma almeno più di adesso!

THE OMBRE HAIR DIY

after i have been obsessing over alexa chung’s hair for almost a year now, i have finally had the guts to try an ombre diy. as you know i barely ever go to the hairdresser because i just always pay loads of money for unsatisfying results. so i started to cut my hair at home, last time the boyfriend cut it and now i finally colored it at home.


there are so many good products but i was really unlucky to be in italy, where there’s only a very small selection of products that make your hair brighter (most people here are naturally brunette, so the market for bleach isn’t as big). so the only thing i found was schwarzkopf nordic blonde highlight set. here’s the video i promised and the steps below! hope you like it!


1. read the instructions of the product carefully (some have to be applied on wet, some on dry hair)
2. apply bleach to the very ends of your hair, wrap it in aluminum foil
3. wait (the time for your hair color is indicated in the instructions) but make sure to check on your hair every once in a while, it mostly takes a lot shorter!
4. wash out the color
5. repeat step 2 with covering more hair in color, this way the ends will be a little hair and the color will gradually blend in nicely
6. wait again for a while, still checking on the progress
7. rinse out and wash your hair

some tipps: it’s better to bleach your hair on the second or third day after washing. this way the hair will absorb the color a lot better. also make sure to use good products, since bleach is pretty aggressive on your hair. a serum or anything silkening will do it’s job to keep your hair soft and shiney!

manche frauen stehen auf perfektes make-up, ich stehe auf perfektes haar. seit nun fast 10 jahren glätte ich meine haare täglich und ich habe auch nicht vor meiner sucht zu entsagen. nachdem mir bereits das 2. glätteisen von remington innerhalb kürzester zeit in die brüche ging (nie wieder remington!), war ich umso glücklicher also mir das GHD christkind einen metallic styler zukommen ließ. der traum eines jeden haarglätt-junkies. das teil lässt sich easy bedienen, schont die haare total und tut was es tun muss: perfekt glattes und glänzendes haar verleihen. 10 punkte. danke, ghd!

english: after my second remington hair straightener broke (never buying remington again!) i was really lucky to get the ghd metallic styler for christmas. it’s seriously just divine, my hair is super silky, straight and shiny. 10 points for ghd! thanks!
