AN EVENING IN TOWN

meeting upcoming designers os one of my favorite parts of blogging. i am so happy to be in the position to meet these people
myself, ask them about their history and vision. last week french designer adeline germain (btw HOW cool is that name?) invited a few of us to a comfy evening at fabio’s in vienna. not only is adeline a stunning, gorgeous woman, she also lives her job to the fullest. speaking to her the motivation of why she does what she does gets contagious! not only did i fall in love with her cheerful spirit, but also with this bag. it’s like everything i want in a bag put into one design. even though i am no the biggest fan of python leather, adeline makes sure to also use more sustainable leathers such as fish leather, that derives from food waste (like salmon).

CAMOUFLAGED

you know i am not a big trousers girl, the past months i have been wearing mostly dressed and skirts and styling jeans is always a challenge for me. fortunately with camouflage being such a trend now, blouses like this one make it much easier to “pimp” an all
black outfit, including those trousers that are normally so boring to me.

how do you style trousers / jeans? any tipps / suggestions?

TIME TO GET A TARTAN SCARF

The down part of not living in Milan anymore? Not having thousands of cool shops in the city anymore.

Ever since I moved back from Milan I have been missing the variety of shops, as in Vienna first choices always mean: H&M or Zara (which gets very boring very soon). BUT: there’s still online shopping. But what mostly turns me off from it is high shipping costs or return costs. So Austrian Post has thought of a super cool promotion, in which you can order from 16 different online shops for 16 days without any shipping cost! If that sounds cool to you head over to Freihauswochen.at for more info (and get yourself a tartan scarf, my personal style suggestion for the fall!).

FALL WALKS

without wanting to small talk with you about the weather i do have to say at this point: i LOVE fall. it’s the season where you CAN layer but without having to layer 10 items because you’ll freeze to death like in winter.

it’s like the good part of layering, not the bad one. layering psychology at it’s best! anyway, i’ve been loving leopard prints lately, never really thought i’d get into that. one of my leopard print looks is also part of a feature on “kauf dich glücklich”, you should def check that and their online shop out, highly recommend it!
