happy birthday, dariadaria! on the day it’s been a year since i posted my first post on this blog. it all started out with the name “die melange” and has not only changed name, but also the layout many times. starting this blog has been the greatest thing i’ve ever done. i have met so many great people, was able to attend such great events and have learned a lot. it’s my baby, my space for thoughts, art and anything that crosses my life. after a year and hopefully many more to come, i want to thank all of my readers, who support me and leave such lovely comments. you’re amazing and i hope i can make you happy with a give-away every once in a while.

finally some outfit photos. it’s been pretty cold outside, that’s why wool and leather have pretty much been all i’ve been wearing. these both wonderful pieces are a courtesy from monki. i still have no clue what shoes and coat to get for the winter, any suggestions? now i’m off to WE BANDITS at Wuk. that’s how my brain feels. so spaceeeey. no, again, i’m not on drugs. just a little out of it. i’m writing my thesis at the moment and getting back into thinking-mode has been, like previously mentioned, not that easy. but there’s a lot of fun events coming up, like the BLICKFANG, the most amazing design fair, and a visit to some cool new stores. talking of stores: h&m’s a/w collection rocks. these creepers are the best shoes eveeeer.

a little note to the bitter people out there, that leave anonymous comments: someone will love you some day, i am sure. until then i won’t publish your comments, unless you have the guts to leave them with your real name.

 

 A really post that was really overdue, since that trip was already more than two weeks ago. Sorry if if’s getting a little more quiet around here, uni/work are taking up most of my time.

… i felt a lot better than today. oktoberfest and random encounters with canadians, that made us take snuff and too much beer is a bad, bad combination. don’t do that, kids! anyway, tomorrow we’re heading to salzburg and today no oktoberfest, but lot’s of tea and enjoying the sun in munich.
