as promised the first photos of the C&A reimagine event in madrid. one city, two days, one night, eight designers, twenty bloggers and journalists. c&a invited us to madrid to introduce their “reimagine” campaign to us. they invited eight designers from eight countries to reinvent everyday objects such as forks, knifes, cups etc. (those creations will be used as a window decoration in c&a’s biggest stores).
after taking the early flight and settling at the amazing hotel, we got to know the designers and their creations while sipping champaign and some snacks. after we enjoyed a little tour of madrid, which i will tell you about in a different post. the day ended with a lovely dinner, i personally skipped the party, since i was quite tired out and wanted to be fit for the next day. even though, to be frank, c&a was not a company i had any relation to in the first place, i was really amazed by the whole project and the idea of sustainability behind it.
