So some people have aked me about my make-up routine. I have to say that I am really not a pro when it comes to make-up and I have had the same routine over the past years. When I love a product I keep buying it again and again. Now it might seem like I am spending a lot on make-up, but I am good at finding bargains and when there’s a 20 % discount at some stores every year, I buy everything I need to survive for the following months. I think all of the products shown are are self-describing.
Face: I use a Kiehl’s Limited Ultra Facial Moisturizer every night before going to bed. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion is the first that works for me. Except that I only treat my skin with water. I use a creamy foundation, mostly only around the eyes. Then a loose powder and some purple blush, which matches my dark skin.
Eyes:  I like nude and brown shades around the eyes. On the weekends sometimes a smokey eye, but too much make-up looks so cheap and I really prefer natural looks. I used to trim my eyebrows too much, now I just let them grow and use a eyebrow pencil, because eyebrows frame your face and it changes the whole look. This Eyeliner from YSL is the best ever, because it’s both an eyeliner and eyeshadow, if you blur it out.
Lips: When it comes to lips there’s really only Chanel for me. I know they’re not cheap, but they will last and last and last. And the colors are just so right.

NEW IN: ZALANDO BOOTS

boots ZALANDO / pants, bag, shirt, jacket ZARA / scarf H&M / belt MONKI / watch ASOS / arm cuff  URBAN OUTFITTERS
there are some essential basics for a girl’s wardrobe. when it comes to shoes, a good pair of ankle boots and a pair of classic knee boots are a must. after getting the wonderful ambush boots from topshop i now found the perfect pair of classic black knee boots. i ordered them via zalando.at and got them so quickly. the shop has so many search options, that i was able to do a super refined search. i’ve been looking for days and days through their shop and it was really hard to make a choice… i also love their vagabond shoes, but this pair from their own brand, zalando shoes, simply impressed me with it’s unique design: simple, but very feminine. check out their womens shoes here: zalando damenschuhe
the only thing that’s now missing is a warm winter coat. any suggestions, girls and boys?

BLUHM & SCHWARZ

i’ve been looking for a good laptop bag in ages. i take my laptop almost everywhere and so it was really time to get proper protection for it. after almost giving up i found this wonderful bag by an austrian company called bluhm & schwarz. all their bags feature a photographed cover and this modell, “the monet”, features an analogue photograph, which i immediately fell in love with. it does remind me of impressionist paintings. i love the shades of grey and the fact that it doesn’t look like an average laptop bag. and since it’s made out of truck tarp, i am sure, this piece will last for a long, long time….

ps: also check out their facebook page for news and give aways!

look at this wonderful scarf i got at forever 21. i normally don’t really like their stuff but this istantly caught my eye. today it got so many great presents in the mail, can’t wait to show you all of it! a new bag, new pair of boots, amazing monki clothing… oh what a great day.

soooo this is one of my weird posing moments. like i already mentioned once: i am having a really hard time posing. i feel awkward and stupid every time. candid looks better and i love frozen movement pics, so we tried hard, but it turned out that legs always look really odd walking, haha. anyway: i spent a great weekend, visited the family and ate a lot. it’s freezing outside, so outfit posts in the future will either contain a coat or me with goosebumps.
