i have known happy socks for a while now. i even wrote an article on them in last years fall issue of material girl magazine. so you can guess how excited i was to finally get my own pair. their selection is quite small, but it’s about quality, not quantity, right? so the other day the post mail dropped off the two pairs i picked: a pair of burgundy polka dot tights and wool socks. the tights are the shit: you can simply dress all black and they make up for the outfit. the wool socks are THE perfect company i have looked for for lonely, cold evenings in front of my laptop hugging a cup of tea. these socks really do make me happy (that’s how easy i can be satisfied).
